LIESL HAYNES saves the day!!!

I've recently complained about poor service we received from Discovery after my sister fell ill. We were then contacted by Liesl Haynes and it was such a joy in dealing with her!! Liesl is compassionate, professional and phoned my husband every day to keep him informed regarding the authorization we requested. Some days she phoned just to tell us that the request is stil being reviewed and that she would phone back as soon as any news were available. It was such a pleasure dealing with Liesl and I would like to compliment her on, and thank her for the great service we received. Now we are just waiting for the authorization of the Hospital claim, then we will be able to move on and tackle my sister's unexpected health issues. Thank you for the great service, Liesl Haynes!! You changed our opinion about Discovery!
