Lies through their teeth all day

Before going for an MRI we called to make sure they would pay. They explained that a portion will be paid from medical savings until the doctor provides the necessary documents and then it will be reimbursed from the scheme. It has been 3 months of them issuing admin tasks to my family, my self and all the doctors involved only to eventually decline their initial promise. The audacity and overall scaliness of this ***** company and their useless, lying staff is beyond ridiculous.
