Libre Sensors - discounted amount negotiated not passed on to customer

Seriously Discovery I used to like you. Get a phone call from CDE Pharmacy re my script refill for 2 x Libre Sensors. Discovery have made a deal with this pharmacy that 2 x sensors will be discounted and cost R1560 (normally R2177.98). But apparently only if you submit both to Discovery Health, R780 will come out of chronic benefit and R780 out of MSA BUT only if you let it come off MSA. I opted to pay for the MSA portion of R780 which I have been doing for months. Yet today I have been told that they will no longer allow it - my portion becomes R1,088.99 i.e full price for one sensor if I want to pay it in cash instead of depleting my MSA month on month. So they look after themselves once again!!!! I'm just absolutely appalled! Surely there must be a way that the discounted rate be app**** to the customer too! Between Discovery Health && CDE Pharmacy - you can do better!
