Discovery I am disgusted. I went to the casualty I was told to use. Only to be told I wasn't covered and I would need to pay R2000 to see a be seen because my Plan doesn't cover casualty visits. Don't expect my premium to come off this Month because it's just been used for casualty fees... Which I was told were covered. Beyond disgusted. Will be looking for a new medical aid from my hospital bed.Why lie to your customers. I asked all these questions when I took out the medical aid. I was never told casualty visits weren't covered. Your staff are clearly paid to lie and **** customers.
