This has to be the worse medical aid ever. It takes almost two month for anyone to get back to you regarding cover for chronic. Ever week same story about been escalated and then a bunch of idiots working for Discovery keep requesting the same ****ing documents everytime I call for an update. Two month without medication but it's not like this medical gives a ****. But not shy to take my premium of over R7k a month. Still they lie and tell me they called my doctor and he approved a different medication for me, I should lay a charge against you for lying to me, when nobody contacted my doctor to ask him about change of medication..I want a ****en answer today about my damn application. Bunch of idiots
