Discovery Key Care Plus Plan is a waste of money. They do not cover anything and you have to pay for everything out of your pocket. Before joining Discovery i contacted their call center and they said i won't have any waiting periods seeing i belonged to a medical aid. Guess what i went to my GP and she had test done and Discovery send me an email stating "We have not paid this claim as it relates to a condition-specific waiting period for this dependant" This is really unfair. I heard a lot of stories about the key care plus plan and really i regret joining Discovery. It is rated as one of the best medical aids in South Africa but i do not think so!!!!
