<p>So have more that one issue with Discovery. One being there copy and paste, the second they fall asleep on there chair a month after the debit order was suppose to go off and i had should have been a member they wake up to require info they already had, since i was on a close scheme with them then through another company and when i wanted to go on my own capacity it was all down hill from there. Then I get phoned by Discovery about a amount outstanding from a previous previous employer whereby i received the proof they did get the money. Either they do not check there statements or trying to get more money. Alas. Then you get a sms stating you owe money. You think back to the call believe it is for the previous previous company they already phoned you about. to find out that you where handed over because of the previous employer the oustanding amount. Ok, They say they send letters etc. Load of ... anyway you never even knew about it. I paid it in full. The company they so adament in using gives me 3 different totals, one on a sms, one over the phone and one on a letter. Just as ******* as Discovery. So after phoning and speaking to kavish he was adament i must deal with ITC BA. Even though no such mail etc was ever received by me nore a phone call etc by discovery as they claimed.</p> <p> </p> <p>They claimed they spoke to me about it I said that was not it but of the previous previous employer as if i knew about this i would have paid it. I get the following mail.</p> <p> </p> <p>I can confirm that we have the outbound call that was made on the 31/08/2016 confirming the amount owing on your Quantum Medical Aid. The agent asked if it was deducted from your salary for that amount and you advised you not sure and he agreed to confirm with your employer.</p> <p>You are welcome to come into one of our Walk-in Centres to listen to the call.</p> <p>We also sent an email to ********** on the 29/08/2016 confirming the outstanding amount owing to the Medical Scheme.</p> <p>I have emailed it to you on a separate email. </p> <p> </p> <p>------</p> <p>Hello I told you guys what it was about. Strange how selected mails got out and selected issues and generic stuff gets done on hellepeter. Seems they so resoving the stuff in the mean time nothing is getting resolved.</p>
