Let down numerous times during a tough period...

I continue to receive statements from PathCare demanding that I pay them even though my medical aid plan is suppose to cover all my blood tests related to my cancer diagnosis (C62).

The first time, I had to contact Discovery and they then payed the outstanding amount (after a back-and-forth). The second time, I really didn't have energy to battle to get my bills payed so I just payed the outstanding amount (I was still undergoing chemotherapy) . Now (the third time) I've received another statement from PathCare stating that I owe them money, I've also received calls from them. I believe these tests should be covered by Discovery Health.

All of this after my Oncologist had to fill in a lengthy Prescribed Minimum Benefit form which was an additional cost I had to pay for.
