LERATO MZONDI - HOSPITAL AUTHORITIZATION DEPARTMENT If I could give Lerato 100 stars out of 5 I would :) She was helpful, friendly and kind. She dealt with my authorisation with patience and was professional personified. It was a ray of sunshine on a drak day. I also spoke to another call centre lady later on in the day again and I must really compliment Discovery for their call centre staff who have utterly impressed me with their efficiency. Keep up the fantastic work!!
