Legal Handover with No response

<p>To my suprise, I found out that Discovery Health Medical Scheme has handed me over to Legal & had put a Judgement against my credit record without any notice. Not one phone call not one email. I joined Discovery Health Medical Scheme in June 2013 with my employer. After being with the company for 3 years,I resigned but requested to have my medical aid moved to my personal capacity. Discovery and my previous Employer cancelled my membership to their descretion. I have now been sent from Pillar to post as I have called Discovery & the lawyers. No one can assist. I have sent 5 Emails to both with no response. For over a month I have been waiting to sort this out as this is now affecting my credit record. </p>
