Leg not at full functionality

Poor quality medical aid so many exclusions. Left with a leg that is disable because they will not cover a smaller follow up procedure although the initial larger procedure was covered. How does this even make sense? Will definitely be looking to take my almost 15 year loyalty elsewhere.
