LeeRoy amazing consultant for Discovery

This review is for an exceptional guy working for Discovery and his name is LeeRoy. On Friday the 16th I phoned discovery in regards with my sons authorization for emergency appendix removal. No one could assit me and will phone me back which they never did. So on Saturday morning I phoned again and thank God i got through to LeeRoy. Wow what a great gentleman he is. He assured me that he will sort it out. He kept on phoning me back to kept me updated. He even phoned the surgeons rooms on Monday for some forms. He truly went out of his way in assisting me and helping me to get the authorization sorted out. On Thursday morning I received the authorization and even after that LeeRoy phoned me to tell me that it was approved. Thank you LeeRoy for restoring my faith in Discovery. And may you touch others lifes as you have done mine.
