Leaving Diabetic Without Insulin

I went to fetch my Insulin at the Pharmacy Designated by Discovery in terms of this new Med Express thing the got going on. If you don't use Discovery Designated Pharmacies you get penalized 20% of your medication Total Amount. Last month i paid R50 co payment and before that it was R25. This month it jumped up by 500%. I was told if i cant pay this amount then too bad...no medication! Today i called Discovery and was on the phone at my expense only to be cut off after sitting for 15 minutes on the phone trying to get through to someone and then explaining to them. I then called up a few of the Pharmacies on a list Discovery sent me last month and half of those Pharmacies said they are no longer part of The Medi Epress List of Discovery. Which would seem the less Pharmacies there are that is on this list , it would force poor people like myself to forced into paying extra for chronic life sustaining medication. Why are we forced to buy from Their Pharmacies and their own Pharmacies are no longer on the list. As it stands i am a diabetic without medication. Also now i will have to get my script moved from 1 Pharmacy to God Alone Knows another one.
