Leaving DHMS

DHMS reported me to a credit bureau after having not called me to enquire about an outstanding amount that I was unaware of. Now, it pops up in my background checks as if I have a history of defaulting, which I actually don't. They just didn't contact me to rectify whatever issue they had. That is very unprofessional and just another reason why I wouldn't us their sub par services.
