Learn to get things done quick it could be matter off life or death

I'm so frustrated with this medical scheme.... my mum has been sitting for 9hrs waiting to go into theater and authorization has not been given .... her GP gives an excuse saying they don't have an email and there fax machine is not working .... discovery doesn't even get things done urgent.... they are just full off complaints and problems .... very unhappy with there service and what they give to there clients.
