Late Joiner Penalty ****

My experience with Discovery has been time consuming and so difficult. Its regarding a Late Joiner Penalty that is so unnecessary. We pay so much for our health care and they still quick to take more and more. I added my family last year, Three dependents and my husband to the cover which my employer is paying a portion off, I was not made aware of the Late Joiner Fee, we were never EDUCATED on this. They were charging me an entire year for my husband , close to R1000.00 additional to his cover, I am aware of it now and inquiring about it, over two months, STILL BEING CHARGED that fee, I have given all documents that they are requesting, Still no help, I was still charged FULL this month for that fee. What makes me sick is Discovery actually has history of my husbands membership for ALL THE PAST years BUT they still deduct and take money. They gave me the years he was on a medical aid, SO WHY ask me and WHY DEDUCT the money. I would like my refund for the months i paid, and my current amount paid as well AFTER i TOLD them not too and provided documents for.
