Late joiner fee *******

My in-laws who are pensioner's have been on Discovery medical aid for 2 years on the smart plan, they were forced to pay a late joiner penalty, so instead of paying R2206 they pay R4130. They also have had no claims for these 2years. Discovery won't drop the penalty for the late joiner fee. This is the biggest ******* can't wait for the NHI to come in to stop these medical aid *******s when it does we will anyway look for a new medical aid, I will also look for a new medical aid and insurance and any other stuff I have with discovery. They are big *******s and needs to be exposed all over social media
