Lando Bando is the worst person, no robot that I have been speaking to at the Call center

Lando Bando is the worst person, no robot that I have been speaking to at the Call center. She needs proper training on how to deal with people. Actually she does not need to deal with people at all. She is a Robot. Terrible Terrible service, I would nor recommend her at all.
