Lack Of Staff

<p>On The 13th June I was extremely sick was rushed to the doctor, which and emergency neubilizer was done and then ecg after that were i had short breathes and heavy chest pain re****ed to vomitting blood and mucus, doctor immediately called for ambo service and booked bed for e at the Mount Edgcombe Life Hosp went in the but unfortunately was not admitted cause no auth was given sowent in trauma they said i might have brochonomonia was on drips and went for and xray and bloods which all looked really bad as per the treating doctor in trauma, she advised i have to sort the auth out, so friday morning 14th i did my best but my doctor was so F......... slow eventually the pma form was sent so saturday morning i called Discovery to follow up regardless all the calls were made on friday and went personally to the doctor to get the PMA and take note im extreme;ly sick and weak having headaches, vomitting and chest pain which causes my body to get stiff i sent he PMA at about 11am and explained them the urgency all calls are recorded so i was told again the peson who does the Auth camnnot be contacted as they tried so many times to get hold of that guy but they couldnt, i understand he doesnt work weekend but im suffering from heavy chest pain and vomitting blood also short breath which is crippling me </p> <p>so how does it help me now i have to wait monday fro that Anal to get work and approve my auth this is totally un called for and my family nis aware of the running around and have no joy with the pathetic service i have received from you if anything has to happen or get more serious you will be liable for this </p> <p> </p> <p>PATHETIC SERVIC </p>
