Lack of service Discovery med

For the last 3 years my savings have no been increased annually, I called and was told they would check... Aleady at beginning of Jan! Still no response but they going to increase my med aid payment this year! This is appalling from them. Getting to the point where it's worth nothing despite huge amount each month. Customer for 24 years.
