Lack of service and response from agents

Pla can someone with extensive knowledge or at the least someone with an interest in assisting customers contact me about my claims and maternity cover.

I have written to customer service and also tried to chat to the online chat team but the ppl I have gotten through to via the luck of the draw, no nothing helpful that can solve my queriea.
