Lack of response / communication

I am highly disappointed in the service I have received. (I should actually say lack of service.) I app**** online for a quote for medical aid and someone contacted me within a reasonable time, however when I contacted them again with regards to my proposed medical aid scheme I could not get hold of anyone. I have sent multiple e-mails and I have phoned on many occasions with no answer, let alone help.

I am a willing customer and I was readily prepared to pay them for their services but I do not think that I would want to be associated with a them if this is the attitude presented.
