Lack of response

I just need my blood test results from Discovery so that I can get life insurance. This has bamboozled them for some reason. I've been waiting 2-3 weeks for a proper response. They sent my vitality points summary which is not really what life insurance companies need.<br> <br> Quite frustrating how difficult this is.
