Lack of product knowledge

I was working for a company whereby the company was contributing 50% and I too was contributing 50%<br> In October 2015, I resigned from the company, in November 2015 I called Discovery to inform them of this and to request that I be moved to private capacity.<br> Only when my debit order didn't go through in December I called to find out, I was told I owed money, which I paid, then in January 2016 I was told a different story that I am still under the company, and I owed another amount, obvious since they were not debiting. <br> I have been taken from pillar to post with no solid resolvation of the matter, at last a senior person called and assured me that after paying a certain amount billing would be effective from the 1st March, out of concern and to check I called to check if everything is in order, only to be told, there is another amount still being owed by myself, and that I am not on their billing system I am baffled as how so many stories arise yet no way of resolving it. I have sent emails and and past correspondences<br> I am disappointed at the service and lack of knowledge<br>
