Lack of Humanity

A family member passed away last year. He was part of Discovery medical scheme and also had a medical savings/gap cover with discovery. I am very disappointed the company cannot write off a debt of R206. A mere R206 vs the period in which he was a loyal member means nothing. Does writing it off based on humanitarian grounds mean nothing? Clearly there is no sympathy towards the family as we have already received calls. Does it logically make sense to incur overheads on R206?<br> I request a member of management contact me.
