Lack of communication and broken promises

Discovery health is the worst medical aid ever.I called their consultants to ask if I could go to the doctor and if my medical aid would cover it,she said I could go to healthworx in cresta so I did.yo my surprise I had to settle the balance and when I put my claim with the explanation that I was mis informed they said it would be paid put in 3 days.two weeks later I call and they say they are trying to get the recording and would get back to me....I still await this day,I've laid several complaints and to no avail.the service is RIDICULOUS and it becomes expensive spending hours on the phone and still getting no service.
