LACK OF COMMUNICATION!!!!!!!!!!!!

Please refer reference *** & ***. I am disgusted in the treatment. I sent in an application to add my mother as a dependent and Discovery doesn't even have the decency to phone ME and tell me it's been declined..oh no. You send it to my broker apparently who has NOT contacted me. UNACCEPTABLE. Could you not have copied me in an email or at least picked up a phone and said it. We were waiting in anticipation to cancel her other medical aid. TAKE PEOPLE AND THEIR LIFE MATTERS into consideration. So so angry right now.
