LA health deposited money to a trust account that i do not know and they are refusing to recall the funds

I qm suppose to receive funds from LA health of which i have made a cash payment at the doctor. The medical aid made a payment to a standard bank account which they claim it was mine when i joined the medical aid back in 2013. I went to the bank in wonderpark branch and when they check my previous account there is nothing in common to the account which the medial aid say the deposited funds into. I then went back and explained to LA health that the account they said i gave them was never mine and its a trust account of which i do not know who it belongs to and how the bank account managed to be written on my documents. The account number written on my documents does not belongs to me and even the hand writting on that documents is not even close to mine. LA health says they cannot recall the payment and i should just forget about the money as if i did not earn or worked hard for that money.

I need that money and i want that account number be investigated and traced if i am the only person whom such trust account number was written on the forms because I lost hope and feel that there might be a foul play of some sorts
