Your customer service is pathetic. Its been 6 months since i have been trying to be on the medical aid as a dependent having my kids added was a struggle. Now its been me because i have been sick before the cruel discovery customer service do not want to add me. They asked me to submit the doctor's reports and all supporting documents for my being sick and i did. Now they are telling me to have some tests done of some diseases i dont have if they cant help me its best they tell me so that i dont waste my time. I would rather have my family leave the service to join another. Your people are telling i have a disease that i dont have. Someone by the name karren called telling of some sickness i dont have and also asking me if i am taking certain medication that i know nothing about, of which everything of what is happening was put under writting by my doctor. Discovery needs to be sued for defamation of my character. You cant just wake up to tell me of some sickness that i dnt know about. I am asking the general public is there is a lawyer that can help me sue these people.
