Knock Knock - anyone work for Discovery??????

Why does one have to beg for an answer to a query from Discovery - two emails, not even an acknowledgement - let alone the courtesy of a response from the powers that be!

Why is it that the only way I can communicate with a staff member relating to an issue is to complain on an open forum?

Discovery is displaying quasi government communication skills - nothing or very little! But, take money - that is not problem! Discovery needs to look at itself - currently it is not in a very favourable or agreeable light in my eyes!
