killing people slow

I was in hospital for about a week and when I got discharged my doctor Prescribed medication that I need to take home with me to help and support my healing process. When I got to the hospital Pharmacy, I was told I need to pay cash ....called the medical aid and explain what had happened. I was told to email the Script to the head office n they will approve the medical Supply. I did that after 2hrs of not receive any communication from them I called over n over again with no one understand my problem n the fact that am fighting for my life here......discovery is the Worst medical aid ever.....after about 40calls to the Chronic department still ...I have no meds, they are take me from Pillar to post with my health care.... Am changing medical aids n Advising people on discovery to do the same cause we can end up dying discovery Wouldn't care at all. All they know is building new offices with our money n yet they can't approve medication when u need it most hence most doctors don't Except discovery medical aid cause they take forever to pay them . What's the point of being on discovery medical aid if can't get help when u need it most. Next year am moving on to a better n trusted 1
