Khetha Nsimango - Super Star!

I called in today and spoke to Khetha Nsimango, what an absolute pleasure it was dealing with this super star. He was polite, professional, friendly and had a sense of humor. In the 19 years of dealing with Discovery i have not interacted with anyone like this guy. He was very helpful and spoke clearly. I highly appreciate this.
