Khensani - Discovery Health promised and could not deliver

It is appalling how poor the service at Discover has become. I called about two weeks ago to change a cellular number and spoke to someone who said they have to contact the OTP team who would call me. Well they have yet to call me since then. Then I called today and made sure to get the name of the person whom I was dealing with. Her name was Khensani. She put me on hold and informed me that the OTP team had been notified and they WOULD call me today. Well today has come and gone. How does a business of the size of Discovery continuously fail to offer a service that their clients deserve. If they cannot even change something as small as contact detail, imagine putting trust in them to look after your health. Had it with them...
