Kgomotso Nthute - Excellent customer service

I have cancel my plan with them and moved on to another medical aid, very very poor communication. After almost ten years with them, no consideration non whatsoever. I have changed plans and the new plan was never activated and because of that I had to pay in money because the new plan was not active not my fault at all. The reason for my good rating is because of Kgomotso Nthute, she called my all the time, putting me through to the correct people and called back to find out if everything is sorted. Keep up the good work Kgomotso Nthute .
