Keycare Vaccinations

I called last week and I am still very much disappointed. Why does Discovery health not allow me to take my child to a clinic for a vaccination on Keycare Plus? We pay so much money fr medical aid and we use a fraction of those funds. I also would not like to be told that government provides it for free therefore I must go to a clinic. That was a ******* explanation I received. IF that is the case, then why do you give chronic medication on your medical aid, I mean don't they give chronic med's for free at government clinics?

MAKE ME UNDERSTAND WHY A SIMPLE VACCINE MY CHILD MUST GO BARE THE COLD AT A GOVERNMENT CLINIC WHILE I WAKE UP TO GO TO WORK DAILY?

I'm not asking for lifestyle help here, this is a very basic of basic services.
