KEYCARE - USELESS, USELESS USELESS!

The Discovery Keycare option is a completely useless and the reason I am lodging this complaint is to warn others of going onto it. A family member is on this scheme and has needed to visit a dentist for a week now. She has been refused by almost every dentist on the Discovery Keycare list because of her plan. She has been in agony for a week trying to find someone to see her, none have cared that she is in pain and you get treated like you have leprosy when you produce this option to doctors/dentist. She eventually has found a kind soul who will see her on Monday but she is in extreme pain and has to suffer through the weekend before going there. There are also multiple complaints on Hellopeter and the complaints board about this plan.Not impressed at all, BE WARNED.
