Keycare - Specialist

I am the Keycare plan on Discovery. I know it is the lowest option on discovery, where they tell you which doctors you must go see, the doctors that are on their network. Ok, so going to a GP that is not your choice is one thing, but going to a gynecologist that is VERY personal, I will not go to someone that I am not comfortable with. So I went to my usual gynecologist. I have endometriosis. Had a laparoscopy last year. My doctor is not on their network and I had to pay R 7,000.00 up front which discovery paid me back R 3,500.00. I was still okay with that amount, but this year I went for my check up and had to go for another laparoscopy and another procedure. So I had I to pay R 12,000.00 up front and R 3,500.00 was what discovery paid me back!!! A specialist that says these procedures needs to be done! Not me wanting to go and have fun in the hospital, nor was it cosmetic! What has happened to the clients health is number one concern?? I think the amount they paid me back is ridiculous!! VERY POOR!!!
