Keycare plus is useless

I remember my daughter was sick and i was i another province , guess what i couldn't get through the call center and no doctor could assist me because my cover does not allow that . To top it all i was sick and went to casualty " my one time visit" and i am getting messages from that clinic that my medical aid did not cover some blood tests . What does this medical aid really cover ? In all honestly what exactly are we paying for ? No over the counter medicine , one network doctor, core payment even at network hospitals , the hospital bill no being paid in full . This plan is really useless to say the least.
