Keycare patient being exploited

<p>Your services are ridiculously expensive. More concerning my wife was just turned away at Arwyp hospital which is our preferred hospital which we have used since my son was born 3 years ago as your damn useless service cut them from the Keycare Plus range. No notification nothing. The next nearest hospital is Carstenhoff in Midrand. Which is inconveniently far from us adding to our expenses. I thoroughly believ your company is the worst medical scheme in the country. We cant currently change as my fiances emloyer only substitutes your cover, an outdated policy whihc we are moving to change. I will do everything in my power to make sure your company looses as much prefered supplier status as possible. You are a bunch of *******!!! My son is 3 by the way and in serious discomfort. We are now being thrown into an unknown environment without even knowing if Carstenhof is on your damn list. Also you cut my sons paediatrician, gp and baby clinic. Stuff you a-holes.</p>
