Keycare Income Verification Delays

Since January I have been struggling to do my Keycare Income Verification. After even being notified I started paying R2674 p/m for my medical aid from 14.12.2025. My premium changed only from May which means I should have credit. Now, I have submitted this through a link which was sent on e-mail. I have submitted on e-mail twice, again through a link and then on the BOT. Still no assistance. I phoned and every time I am cut off. Last time when speaking to the agent I ran out of airtime and he didn't even bother to phone me back. After all this, my benefits are blocked. Today once again even after asking please someone phone me back and being on the phone for quite some time nothing was done. In the meantime, I must hope and pray neither myself nor child gets sick because we cannot use our medical aid.
