Keycare Doctors

I have been with discovery for four years now i am happy with my plan but when it comes to our GP doctors not happy at all.Doctors don't ant to take the keycare plan anymore due to Discovery not paying them enough come to think of it i do not blame them a cash client at the GP pays almost R400 and me a medical aid person my plan only pays the GP R169.30 on top of that he must give me medication no they inform us we must choose a primary GP and Secondary GP in which i have does that the rate are not the same but come to my notice the secondary will end up being paid the primary amount and when you call in they also can not explain that they tell you about discovery keycare rates but my point to this is GP doctors don't want to except Keycare plus because discovery is not paying the discovery rate is too little only to go to the doctor and find a big notice on the front read"sorry we no longer except keycare plus Sorry for the inconvenience".Please discovery need to do something about this matter i am based in Springs and almost all the good dispensing GP are no longer on the Keycare GP network.
