So they say you'll never find out if your financial advisor which has been appointed to you is any good until crisis struck. Well its true.made appointment for today at doctor only to be sent away due to financial advisor not sending in nomination for doctors as discussed. Really? Why pay for a medical aid if you cant use it at your darkest time of your life?

We've confirmed that your query has been attended to by our call center and your primary GP allocated from 1 December 2015. Please be aware that you do have access to one out of network consultation to a GP that is not your chosen GP per year. Should you need to see the GP before 1 December 2015 this out of network consultation can be used.
