Key care Start was really a waste of time and money... ALL THESE YEARS

I am not a sickly person. After being involved in a vehicle accident I went to 4 different Hospitals that All told me that they cannot help me...As they do not accept my medical aid plan.. After calling discovery to find out which hospital is on the network I called the hospital to find out and they informed me that they do not accept my medical aid Plan..

KEY CARE has no issues with taking my money but hardly covers anything Even going to the Gp I still have to pay for Consultation because The doctor are not being compensated by. My medical aid.. And I ask myself what is the purpose they still have this cover for customers. PLEASE S**** THE KEY CARE option
