Key care plus not covered by hearing disabilities

I have taken key care plus which was advised that it would cover my daughter with a hearing loss only to Be told at audiologists for her annual check up that the hearing aid tests aren’t covered by the medical neither could the batteries be purchased through medical aid savings I have been paying a hefty fee for over a year for a medical that I was advised would be suitable for my hearing impaired daughter

I would like feed back with regards to my unsatisfactory overall Health experience Discovery Health and the poor communication which led me into choosing the wrong packaging which was a waste of money for a year
