key care plus eye benefit

i m on the key care plan and do qualify for an eye benefit , to my suprise is that when i went to an optometrist i was told that i dont have the benefit as they confirmed with the isolezwe the administrator for key care plan. i tried to contact discovery but till to date they have never done anything to try and assist me .
