I went to a specialist on the 30th April 2021 the medical only cover a portion. When I called to ask why as the year before I went to the same specialist for the same procedure they paid in full. I was told that it was not claimed correctly but they will back date the claim and log it correctly to my surprise that was never done now I am being called by debt collectors claiming the Dr fees
