KEY CARE PLUS

<p>Discovery is very ***********, their client service is garbage and so is the key care division - they hang up while you are still talking, I had a consultation yesterday at the Dr and he wanted to confirm with them that the medical aid is still active I had to go back home and not consult because of their gibberish service and lack of communition or basic understanding f whats right infront of them, I even lodged a claim with them firat week of july and till this day nothing has occured they dont call to confirm receipt of ANYTHING and when you call in you have to constantly keep on recharging becaus eyou left to listen to the mussic for a FULLY HOUR! I am utterly disappointed, what Im I even paying R1900 for then?? key care is so useless even my Dr confirmed it</p>
