Key Care plan

Whoever came up with an option of key care medical aid clearly that person has no heart for vulnerable sick people.i was selected a Dr on their network only to learn that this Dr relocated long time ago ,so I could not get a new address,as sick as I was had to drive around looking for a next Dr inline and the address was in the middle of nowhere..felt like I could just die.i tried the online system to talk to someone and that robot is useless,could not help with nothing,had to go into hospital to ask them to please call Discovery n I asked to be called back which they did,and was advised that even if I got another Dr in line as the Dr was not nominated it was not going to pay,had to go to clicks to see a nurse,the saw a visual Dr and all meds prescribed, medical aid could not pay,I am in disbelief that how on earth do 1 pay R1800 pm for this kind of pathetic treatment?
