Key Care or Smart Plan Medical Aid is *******!!

Key Care is ****! I used to have few doctors around me, within walking distance.

Ever since it has changed to smart series it’s always a problem to access a doctor. Why the hell change the name of the plan and not accommodate doctors within our area.

I’m sick as a dog and need to drive 20k’s for a doctor who can at least cater for consultation but still doesn’t dispense.

This is gibberish man!

Discovery Medical Aid is *******! And your excuse would be to upgrade????? Why the hell is it even sold as “convenient”!

My family doctor is and has always been Dr Makine and now because of your not so smart changes we have to change doctors or pay cash when consulting.

I want this plan cancelled today! It’s useless!
