I received a notification via whatsapp that my premium would be increasing by over 100%, after spending over 50 minutes on the phone waiting to speak to a consultant I was eventually told that proof of income had to be submitted, which I did, however due to them notifying me so late the highly inflated amount was already deducted, I was then told I need to wait 10 working days for feedback. Before writing this review I went through others and found many people who are in the same predicament, discovery is proving to be a ************ company, are they trying to cash in as much as possible before the NHI comes into effect?
